Correction,
Just checked from Windows, it does tag with orbital position, I think what was confusing me, was nothing was happening visually when saving.
I think I'm good to go now

There is used "HelpableActionMap" for this Help - it is standard template for most enigma's screens and for plugin can be used. But author must use "HelpableActionMap".
