Hi,

My ET-9000 always turn on and off properly my TVs: Samsung, Panasonic and Sony (even through a Onky amplifier).

You really need to play with the different parameters (both on TV and STB), and don't hesitate to unplug replug the HDMI cable and to power off (cold start) everything to ensure that all the settings are correct.

Don't think that every parameters will work like expected/described, for exemple: switch to the correct TV entry this is not always working, for exemple on my Panasonic this switch to a TV channel and not to the right HDMI input. So if I am connected to HDMI-3 this will switch TV on on the channel #3! And if you TV is set to autoswitch or autopower on on HDMI signal and it receive a wake up signal this can also have unpredictable result, so sometimes you need to disable some settings on the TV side too.

Login with telnet, and type

opkg install enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-hdmicec

should be in the plugins, under systemplugins too.

If you deleted the files but not the package, you have to use

opkg install --force-reinstall enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-hdmicec

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
