Can somebody please explain in English?
In my case /media/hdd folder does not exist.
I only have /media/usb folder.
Where do crash logs go in my case by default?
How can I make them go to /media/usb folder?

probably the easiest solution would be to assign 'hdd' label to your usb deviceHow can I make them go to /media/usb folder?
or in /tmp/ (as far as I understood /?/)/home/root

depends on the file system on it...
if it's ext*:
tune2fs -L hdd /dev/sdxY
and if it's dos or ntfs, the easiest way would be to just rename it under windows
