Did I say anything that would warrant that response?

I am just stating that this is not desired behaviour for most people, and that I think most cases consecutive recordings don't qualify for a merger.

Obviously YMMV, but you are not the only user of an OpenPLi image, so for any change made we have to make sure it will not impact other (the majority) of the users.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

It is another reason why you wouldn't want consolidation by default though.

There you say i dont need a consolidation.

Thank you for conversation.

You need to learn to read, or perhaps understand, English.

"you" doesn't mean "you personally". Or are you expecting us to create an image, just for you? Or you want this functionality, and don't care about all other users of the image, that will have broken functionality as a result of this?

Please think before you reply...

I understand that. And I only say that this feature should not be the default behaviour, as the majority of the users would not want this to happen automatically. Nothing more.

Like that. And if you can find some more users that find this feature useful, that will greatly accelerate implementation ;)

I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.
Ik lees geen PM -> als je iets te vragen of te melden hebt, doe het op het forum, zodat anderen er ook wat aan hebben.

Well, in fact in English it's better to use 'one' in that case. So that would make your response "It is another reason why öne wouldn't want consolidation by default though.
