Hi,

First, do you see your USB stick in the Media Player?

If not, try to insert it again.

If it's ok, in the timer, you can select the repertory. You go with the downkey to the directory choice and you use left key or right key to see all your directories. If you don't see USB, hit "Enter" and you access a new screen. Use the "Ch+" key to jump to the 1/2 top screen. Go to the root, chose USB and "Enter". Now USB in in the list.

No, the usb stick is not seen, I've tried a lot of keys but nothing he does not want to recognize

a friend of mine has installed with the mount manager, but with my cloud ibox 3 and OpenPLi I do not have the ability to mount because it does not have the plugin

how can I do?

thanks

thanks

What is your OpenPli version? When you plug the stick in the box, normally OpenPli see it. Sometimes, you have to plug it another time.

What is the format of the stick? Fat, NTFS, Ext3, Ext4...

And what is your box? Have you front and rear USB entries? Sometimes it doesn't work with front entry.

There is no OpenPLi for a Cloud IBox.

You should ask the person / group who made the software for your box.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

If it's OpenPli, in the "Menu", you have the possibility to modify parameters and in one of the menu (I don't remember where it is), you can initialize a hard disk and an USB key if it sees it. Does it see it?

If not, I don't know how to help you.

Try on the rear.

That:

- someone used our source code to create an image for a non-official supported box (which is allowed)

- that appearently the have stolen our name and artwork to make you believe it's an official image (which clearly is not allowed)

- this is also done to avoid having to give support

For us it is very easy. We don't support your box, we have never seen it, and in our experience a lot of user problems are because of hardware incompatibilities of second rate hardware of chinese origin.

If we don't have the hardware, if we don't have access to the manufacturers developers, if we don't have people in the Q&A team to test on this box, we can not support it.
