For me the best APP to stream from enigma boxes is DREAMDROID

Vu+ DUO 2 PLI  Nightly Build with Wave Frontier T55, 4 twin LNB 19.2E, 13.0E, 4.8E and 0.8W

Yes, I tried it along with VLC but unfortunately I have issues with Full HD channels - permanent breaking up.

It is not a question of bitrate because SD channels with higher bitrate do not break up.

By the way, when I try to stream recordings from my ET9000 using DreamDroid and VLC I always get the following:

Playback error

VLC encountered an error with this media.
Please try refreshing the media library.

Has this happened to somebody else?

I can confirm that mxplayer is working flawlessly with dreamdroid. It is worth to consider a custom codec since AC3/DTS support is missing.

I will do some more testing but indeed Dreamdroid + MX Player has fixed the problem of HD channels - no freezing at all.

But I still can't watch any video recordings from HDD. Strange.

Oke people. You want to know how to do perfect HD streaming  from your satellite receiver on your android phone?

It is SO simple that I really had to laugh reading all the things you guys wrote..

Step 1 install VLC for android.

Step 2 install Firefox for android.

Step 3 Fill the ip adress of the satellite receiver in firefox,,,,Like 192.168.1.1 (example) End press enter. The satellite website will open, and you see all the channels as text.

Step 4 click right on the sign. you will get a message with what program to open the streaming. Click on VLP. Than automaticely VLP will open and you will see all. In perfect quality

Tip:

If you have 2 tuners and dishes, you can choose any channel. Also HD channels. If you have 1 tuner you can only look to the same degree as your satellite receiver is put on, like 23.5 East, for instance .But that you understand of cause.

And that is all folks. It works with me even upstairs laying in bath, watching movie on my android Phone. hahaha

So no big deal I explained it very clear, so every one knows how to do it now, right?.

I too have VUDUO......But The VU+  app is nice, but you can not change the lanquage or subtitle. That sucks in my opinion

VLP has much more options,,,,And you can use it for other things as well. to open files on your satellite and play video's music etc,

I installed VLP on 10 may 2017 on my Samsung S4 mini.....So it is bullshit who is telling it won't work anymore

So have fun. watching satellite on your mobile trough wifi,

Greetings Herman from Netherlands

One last important thing about playing your satellite on your android phone to make it work.

you need OpenWebif  application have installed in your satellite receiver port 80. Otherwise you do not have Wifi working of cause. (I work with OpenPli myelf.)

But normally in most images it is already standard, Still It must be installed or it will never work of cause.

Good luck. And have fun.

Greetings Herman From Netherlands.
