Where to start Tuxbox Commander and other Addons ?

I have an old DM600PVR

I flashed it with 20140906 OpenPLi, (but in the info on the box after flashing it it has date 2011-08-17)

Anyway, I installed Tuxbox commander and SysInfo, but I can not find anywhere to start it ??!
