i have a dreambox 500 HD running open pli and i want to know if the image version is compatible with iptv , how can i tell which image version is on my box as its a while since i loaded it onto reciever and cant remember if it 3.0 or 3.1 or later . thanks

thanks im running 2.1 , i know we are on 4.0 now , but ive no problems with 2.1 , im just thinking about trying iptv , would it work with 2.1 or do i ned to upgrade to 4.0  and if so does it man flashing  the receiver again or is there an easier way to upgrade without having to flash box again ? thanks for your help

for iptv u will have to flash a fresh image openpli4 to be able to watch iptv , otherwsie if u r ok with ur image 2.1 dont bother yourself for a real hard work such  flashing an image !!!!!!!!
