Of course, I have not selected them.

Out-of-band subtitles (not IN the picture) are always recorded, all of them. Which one you see, you can choose while playing the recording.
* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.

The French subtitle automatically appears 2 times 3.
I delete when playing but it's not normal to have to.

Then the provider changed the subtitles' language identification. Have a look at the subtitles & autolanguage settings. It's not a bug in enigma2.

I go to : Menu> Settings> System> Auto-language selection, everything is "No" or "None" except:
- Language Audio 1
- Prefer track AC3 +
- Language selection EPG 1
I do not understand why these subtitles are displayed almost systematically.
Any idea ?

Then look what language they have when you turn them off. Also note that the subtitles have their own settings for language.
