For the duo thats indeed the lastest version for now. You can choose to flash that one but once a newer version appears you have to flash again ;)

After integrating the mailine OpenEmbedded core changes to fix a few versioning problems, tomorrow upgrade will be huge again. You'll see something like 300+ upgradable packages.

My advise: Reflash, it's much quicker than running through the upgrades.

Why don't people READ?

You were advised to flash in order not to block your own IP (we auto-block when too many downloads happen from one IP), and because our download mirrors can't handle 300 downloads simultaneously from all OpenPLi4 users.

Sorry WanWizard, but even if people READ, and READ once again, there was no mention of such a limitation with your download mirrors (and thus, the reason for reflashing) in the original post from MiLo

Thanks for pointing it out though. Now, people know the reason :)

I did the update and now I can't increase the size of external .srt subtitles.

I used to use size 40 but subtitles now are much smaller.

I increased the value to 46 but the size didn't change.

I applied the online update and everything went good.

There is no problem, but what is the difference?

Is there any advantages for end users?

Thanks...

These doesn't work in this new environment.

Hi,

I have reflashed my ET9000 like adviced with image from the 17 february but since I always have the warning that appears.

How make it dissapears?  I no longer need this warning since I reflash and my today update only update 27 packages.

This message will be removed at a time that we think / hope that most users have been updated concerning the earlier issues.
I expect in a few days.

Hello,

Could someone explain why the 22nd of february is now mentioned???

In addition, it is mentioned many dependencies can't be updated..

I understand the "C" linguage has changed again..

It is thus compulsory to flash on more time??

Please clarify..

Thanks..

If your current image is from before the 22nd, yes. If not, you can simply update on the box.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
