Like my thread title is saying, after upgrading my Dm500HD from OpenPli 3 to 4 I suddenly can't find any channels on 4.8E satellite.

I also have a Dm800 up and running (with openpli 2.1), on that box the channels work just fine. The channels also worked fine before I updated (watched a sports channel on 4.8e just before I started), so there is nothing wrong with my satellite.

What can have gone wrong and how do I find my channels again?

try to recower ur settingsbackup then u have all ur saved channels back from OpenPli3 to OpenPli4

Sorry if I was a bit unclear with my problem.

My problem is that my tuner doesn't find a single channel on the 4.8 satellite after upgrading to openPli 4. I have tried altering the satellites.xml in different ways without success.

The box was receiving all 4.8E channels just fine prior to the upgrade but now I can't find a single one. Also tried a Opendreambox image with the same result.

Trying Satfinder gives me the same result... no lock on any transponder.

What can have happened? Is it possible that my diseqc switch somehow gave up exactly at the same time I upgraded or is there an easier possible explanation?

Maybe your tuner configuration somehow changed?

Something must have happened with my diseqc-switch. When I connected my Dm500 to the cable where my Dm800 normally is, everything works just fine.

Problem solved...
