During Development setup on my Ubuntu system Following error occurs:
ERROR: Fetcher failure for URL: 'http://downloads.sou...i-0.5.0.tar.bz2'. Checksum mismatch!
File: '/home/marc/VuDuo2/code/openpli-oe-core/sources/python-wifi-0.5.0.tar.bz2' has md5 checksum f01a4a747301b44914399cc41eaa729f when 8fe7fd0a4edce1f9bedaff4acb7fd500 was expected
File: '/home/marc/VuDuo2/code/openpli-oe-core/sources/python-wifi-0.5.0.tar.bz2' has sha256 checksum cef0a32f9b679e8f004807331ca83a6063bd19792484b977e244209e80722ccd when 3e3f645d37ab20450f60c785cec5f21b330f28a6c46c7c1b0898305dd7a34b26 was expected
If this change is expected (e.g. you have upgraded to a new version without updating the checksums) then you can use these lines within the recipe:
SRC_URI[md5sum] = "f01a4a747301b44914399cc41eaa729f"
SRC_URI[sha256sum] = "cef0a32f9b679e8f004807331ca83a6063bd19792484b977e244209e80722ccd"
Otherwise you should retry the download and/or check with upstream to determine if the file has become corrupted or otherwise unexpectedly modified.
Procedure from http://users.telenet...npliubuntu.html was used.
Either manual or via script the error occurs.
The process ends at that point.
Marc.
