Hello,

Before I was able to watch something on my TV and watch same channel (in other room) on PC. Meanwhile If i put receiver to standby - the stream to PC continues without problems.

Now If I do the same scenario and put receiver in standby - the stream to pc stops.

I have to go to the webif and select the channel I want to watch.

Whan happend/changed?

What type/model of receiver are we talking about?

Did you do a flash and forgot to install a driver (VU-SOLO etc?)

Driver issue was only for VU-solo/VU-uno, etc. Not for Xtrend!

bump.

So - Its not possible anymore to request stream from receiver while its on standby?

We have to turn on receiver, selected required channel and run stream.

Hi,

Check that the option Zap before stream is selected in OpenWebif and if I remember well you can install a Plugin to handle the driver capabilities on Xtrend.

Perhaps that your tuner is configured to no longer power the LNB while in standby.

And of course you should not use DEEP standby.

Here no issue at all.......

Let me explain how it was before.

If I put receiver on standby and from WebIf I download the whole bouquet as m3u playlist file. (services.m3u) I can put that file in VLC (for example) and change channels from there and watch tv on my PC.

STB remains in standby mode and red light is blinking.

Currently this is not possible.

I tried that but this option does not have effect on m3u playlist files when I am not in the webif.
I never installed the plugin you mention, but I am interested to install it if somebody tell me the name. But still, I never need it before.
My openpli installation is since february and I only updated it through the menu.
If the LNB powers down during standby this happend in some update after february 15.
