Hi there, I have just bought myself a dreambox 800se V2 just want to say thanks to OpenPLi at first I had a problem with my image until i discovered OpenpLi. Good job guys.

No support for DM800-SE V2 as far as OpenPli is concerned.. Only V1 boxes. V2 boxes have a larger memory. OpenATV and OpenVIX do support the V2's and are 'based on' OpenPli

satdreamgr (pure openpli based), can be an option for dm800se v2.

ViX has no support for any Dreambox at all.

* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.
Ik lees geen PM -> als je iets te vragen of te melden hebt, doe het op het forum, zodat anderen er ook wat aan hebben.

Recommendedsatdreamgr (pure openpli based), can be an option for dm800se v2.

Found this thread through google search, so sorry for bumping an old thread.
Is this really correct ? Since I actually thought that I had a DM800 HD SE V2, and I have been using Openpli 3.0 since I got it in 2013. So if V2 is not supported, does that mean that my box is not a V2 then ?

I am, although I haven't actually 'seen' your STB, convinced that you do not have a V2 box or perhaps a 'based on OpenPLi' image.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Hmm ok. I did download the image from here, so I guess I only have a normal DM800 SE box then. I'm looking for another image, so I guess its a bit important if I have V1 or V2 of the box:)

In case you downloaded that 3.0 image overhere, you can download the 4.0 version without any problems. I think you still have to update the second stage loader to version 84. Beware that the present image for the 800 se hasn't got much free space for installing many plugins. My 800 se still works like a charme but there are hardly any plugins installed besides a cam.
