I have VU+ zero and i need recording. Record file is 0MB.
In menu - plugins - download plugins - extension - is not PAU plugin . Please this plugin in attach files on download.

we removed the PAU plugin from our download feeds, it is up to the end user to search, find and use it!
on the Glassfibre 1GB DVB-C...

We removed it as this is an illegal file.... It helps to violate european laws....

Or google the ipk put it on an usb stick, insert that stick an follow the instructions.....

The obvious solution is to return your receiver to the store because it cannot record, while, apparently, it was sold as a recording device.

Got one yesterday, the packaging clearly states the box is a ZAPPER, suitable for usage in like bedrooms. No mention of any PVR functionality.
If you believe it can record, you have been sold the wrong box. And you, as buyer, also have the duty to make sure the product you buy meets your requirements, which it clearly doesn't.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I don't care. It is the duty of the consumer to get informed before purchase.
If you need a receiver with PVR capabilities, your vendor should have told you the Zero doesn't have any. Because it doesn't. Out of the box IT DOES NOT RECORD and IT DOES NOT STREAM !
That there is a hack that bypasses this TODAY is not really relevant. That could stop working tomorrow. And if it does you're on your own, you've bought an expensive paper-weight.
Because nobody is going to fix it if it breaks, you've simply been to stupid to not get informed properly, and you will have to live with that.
But we all know what will happen: all Zero users will start complaining that all of a sudden recording and streaming no longer works, blaming VU+, blaming OpenPLi, while the only one to blame is the user him(her)self.

Not me... I want a decent box. One thing is clear to me: I will never ever buy or even use a VU+

They expect the zero to record and stream too since nowhere is stated clearly it doesnt.
So if it doesnt do it they would have returned the box but they wont do that since other images seems to record and stream just fine.
So let them just install any image but not openpli.
Perhaps add a remark on the downloadpage that the zero cant record and stream due to European import taxes VU+ has deliberate chosen to disable it.
