i get 2 error:

 

Not selecting libtuxtxt32bpp0 2.0+git60+b6c8d5a as installing it would break existing dependencies.
Not selecting libtuxtxt0 2.0+git60+b6c8d5a as installing it would break existing dependencies.

fastest way is to re-flash your box.

Just deleted 2 entries in in the file: /var/lib/opkg/status
 
If you examine this file you'll see for each package 2 entries

Package: libtuxtxt32bpp0

So delete the 2 blocks with git60 in the version and the status install ok not-installed

After saving the file /var/lib/opkg/status just rerun the update, now the error/warning message is gone.

 

So no need to flash, just try it. If it doesn't work you always can reflash but I don't think this will be necessary
