Thanks for the upload.

Is anyone else having an issue where the 'Timer' icon on the Main Menu right hand side doesn't display? All the others, Plugins, Setup etc. are fine.

SkyQ Dreamplex Skin Pack V1.0

 

Make sure you have SkyQ Skin and Dreamplex Plugin installed to use this Skin Pack

 

Instructions:

 

1. Extract Folder named "SkyQ" from the Dreamplex.rar file below:

 

2. ftp the "SkyQ" folder to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extenstions/Dreamplex/skins

 

3. Restart Enigma2

 

4. Go to Menu - Plugins - Dreamplex - System - Settings 

 

5. Change Used Skin to SkyQ

 

6. Press Green Button to Save

 

7. Exit Dreamplex

 

8. Restart Enigma2

Download the attached ipk file and ftp it to /tmp of your reciever

 

Installation:

 

Telnet command

 

opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

 

SkyQ Preview Channel Picons:

 

Download and Extract the attached SkyQ Preview.rar file (click on the dropbox link)

Create a folder name SkyQ either in your media/usb  or media/hdd or /hdd or usr/share/enigma2/SkyQ location of your reciever

 

Copy the downloaded folder named picon to media/hdd or /hdd or media/usb or usr/share/enigma2/SkyQ

Download and Extract the attached Picons.rar file (click on the dropbox link)

The Skin is Based on Open Pli but it should work well with most other images.

 

Feel free to try it on other images (please back up your image first before installation). Do post here if it works well with other images.

 

I have included the Sky Stop Picks Script which scrape for latest movie and series from the Sky website and saves it to display on the screen

 

telnet:

 

/usr/script/SkyQSrape.sh

 

/usr/script/SkyQPicks.sh

 

You can also run and schedule the scripts in crom manager...

 

Set SkyQScrape.sh to run once a day just after midnight to download the latest Top Picks images frpm the website

 

Set SkyQPicks.sh to run every 30mins/1hr/2hrs or once a day to pick the images and display in the Skin...

Chababu, I love your skin and congratulate you on a great job!  I have made some minor modifications to the Infobar to add extra info such as the signal strength, transponder info etc as per the attached screenshot.

Great product I like the PLI V4.0 & Chababu's Skyq Skin together... nice & easy to install & setup.. 

 

I just had a couple of questions 1) I find that I always get an error when im in the Main EPG screen, the one when you press the EPG button straight off the channel .(i think its called the Mullti-EPG) & I press the 'Channell Up or Down' .

The error vanishes quickly but it happened also on the previous verson V3 PLi & previous version of the skin.

 

Any ideas pls?  I have star H.2S  & 

 

2) where can I find about setting up the Cron's etc

chababu ... i use your skin on Zgemma h2h, but there are 2 problem:

 

1 - a panic botton is not possible activate, on customize key, because always go in crash. I must select standard skin, apply the customization of key and after it, select your skin

2 - respect standard skin the zap selection of previous channel not run (a listo of one ore more channel view) look here https://forums.openp...o-back-channel/

Thank to great CHABS now we have the fix also for ZapSelector, here you message:

 

 

Hi mate

 

the skin is ok with Historyzapselector

 

The problem with Open Pli is the Zap selection plugin

 

You need to delete it from usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extension

 

and copy this folder:

and restart enigma 2
