Vuo+Duo2-Hang at Deep Sleep

Hi Everyone, I have a Vuo+Duo2 which I had set a daily recording timer for about 15min and goes to deep sleep after that. The next timer recording is set to standby mode after recording which is also a daily event. For the fourth time now, it did not wakeup to start the 2^nd recording after the first recording and when it goes to deep sleep. And it could not be turn on too, I have to do a restart by turning the electricity supply off and on. Everytime this happen, I will do an update of the image but didn’t help for the most recent incidents!

The list of timers I had created is as follows,

Timer:

1.       0:25 to 1:05 – To Deep Standby

2.       5:15 to 5:35 – To Deep Standby

3.       7:27 to 8:15 -  To Deep Standby

As of today, Timer 1 & 2 complete recording successfully but Timer 3 fail to start, when check, could not even turn it on, have to turn off & on electricity supply. This problem happens not always but quite frequently. I tried to find the error log feature to turn it on but could not find, how can I post an error log?

Hi,

look for a crash log. Perhaps the problem was that the box hung while going to deep standby from timer 2.

I just check there is a crash log on 5th July and didn't have any for today!

I had done the followings but still not able to solve,

1.       Totally new image

2.       Only set timer recordings (after recording set to “auto”)

3.       No installation of any plugin ( only image)

4.       Perform a new full scan of Ftp channels

5.       Totally No cam

6.       No timer settings to deep sleep

Please help!
