after change picon folder to /media/hdd/picon/ in openli 4.0 don't show picon, where can i change it for show picon ?

if you have chosen this route, you then restart enigma2 and you should see them.hallo

Thanx to PBNIGMA coders.
I believe they go to System Plugins folder, restart, then go through Menu > Setup > System (or so) to find them.
Better sort out the USB stick to send the stuff to it, not the HDD, as it has moving parts...

How can I choose a different path eg /media/smth/picon/
(is there a setting in the menu or what) ?!

Yes, use the MENU button to switch to FILE VIEW and navigate where you want to put it (USB stick or SSD).

What I do, usually, when changing path to recording etc. is to use MENU button...
Try simply OK button > Parent directory > media > usb > picon > OK...
