Hello, this is a question for Willy.

Willy, can you please tell me all UK ITV1 or UK Erotic sources you are currently generating? I'm wondering if some may not currently be ref'd in rytec.channels.xml.

The ones which I know you are generating, or are theoretically generating, are :

Actually, I think I've found the answer to the above question myself. i.e. I've looked at the list of channels at the top of rytecxmltvuk.gz and rytecxmltverotic.gz

I assume that shows all channels that are being generated. If so, various new sources are needed as we already know, and one source is currently un ref'd. (however that source and others may be wrong anyway. I am checking)

The ones at the top in the xmltv file are normally generated. However this does not mean they have data. If the grabber fails on a channel, the entry at the top is still present, but no data is included.

Yes, my recent learning with grabbers shows what you said. I assume you periodically look at the error logs and investigate any dead pages.

Regarding your potential 'new' grabber we talked about in PMs, I've posted on the author's site with a few questions about UK grabbing.

There's another grabber which you probably also know about, which grabs from the Radio Times site. That seems pretty good, but again not totally reliable.

I assume you make some grabbers yourself, or heavily customise other ones.
