Hello plug-ins aren't updated for me such problem why??? Here there is a loading broad gull

Looks like a local issue.
You can see it tries multiple download servers, I can't imagine them all having an issue at the same time. I have no connection issues here.

Do you use a firewall or a router which blocks certain incoming traffic? If so, make an exception for your STB's IP-address in your router/firewall.
To make sure you have a valid networkconnection, can you reach your STB on the internal network, via telnet/ssh/webinterface?

Forget about that last request, looks like you can output all messages from the update process.
Then only the first point maybe an issue.
