Help with Newcs

First I'd like to say Thank you for this explendid image.
Now my question:
I use newcs to read 2 cards in my DM7020, so in softcam setup I start cardserver (red) and after I restart Evo (green).
Doing it like this all starts Ok, but If I start all using BLUE, evo doesn't connect to my newcs, and I think that this can only happen because when Evo start, newcs is NOT OK yet!!!
I know I can edit the script for evocamd and make it start newcs also, but I'm trying to do it using cardserver function to read my cards.
Can someone please tell me where is the delay time between Newcs and the emus, when starting all?

blue = only saving it doesnt start something
first start cardserver red
second start softcam green
