Excuse my ignorance, but when would one decide to use your image instead of the standard OpenPLi image?

One would decide to use PE because it is clone ready. OpenPli is not.

and about what you said in et forum , our images/apps/plugins are free not commercial
we don't even expect users to donate
we just need support from companies
no support from companies = no images , so stop telling rumors about us
we have rc3 images for all et models but trust me we won't share it with you because it's not worth for you , as you said

Eh, not open source? You are aware that virtually everything in the image is GPL licenced, which means you are required to open source your code?
