Is it possible to play DVDs from a network folder on my NAS in VU+ Ultimo running OpenPLi 3.0?
I've mounted the share succesfully and can see and access the files, but the mediaplayer does not show .IFO files that would start the dvd play on the dvd menu.
Only the VOB files are shown in file list.
The DVD folders contain the entire DVD content, so no ISO files there.
If I try to start the play by clicking eg. the Play button on the folder nothing happens.
I can't access the share from the actual DVD player plugin so I'm stuck.

dont use a media player, just go to your movies though the filebrowser and select the movie by OK
on the Glassfibre 1GB DVB-C...

Usuele when you click on the folder and the folder is a valid dvd folder the dvd should start

Thanks but If I'll select the folder and click OK the filebrowser just opens the folder. I'll click OK or Play on top of the .IFO file the filebrowser does nothing, just shows the "can't do" icon on the top right corner.
Clicking Play on top of the folder does nothing too.

Via PVR filebrowser (not the actual filebrowser plugin) the DVD starts to play by clicking OK button on the Video-folder and shows the main menu, thanks.
But what am I missing since I can't navigate in the menu with the remote control arrow buttons at all?
