This afternoon I was watching a 28.2E  channel on my PC using "VU+ Solo2 - WebIf" in my dining room.

Later I returned to my living room where my TV and VU+ Solo2 are interconnected to each other by a SCART cable.

I switched  the TV on and changed to a 19.2E channel and watched a film.

When I returned to the dining room the 28.2E channel was still streaming.

I could not beleive it I re-checked back and fore and YES "tuner A" was streaming through my LAN to the dining room and at the same time "tuner B" was running through the SCART to the TV.

WOW !!!!!  TWO TUNERS and  TWO OUTPUTS !!!!!

Is this documented anywhere.

It's standard behaviour. This is why people buy multi-tuner boxes.

It's always nice to hear some positive feedback though :)

Thanks ...... my understanding was watch on one tuner and record off the second tuner.

Not the ablity  to  "watch!"  two separate statellites at the same time on one STB.

(PIP accepted)

Good to learn something new.

Watching on a PC doesn't really count - it's the same as a recording (to the network instead of to a disk).

You still cannot attach two TVs to the same box.

Totally agree.

A PC monitor alongside the TV and there you have it the ability to view/hear  two programs at the same time.

Ideal for that special occasion.
