there was no plugin then i try to get it to work no cam to download

Is your network setup correct? Can you connect to it via telnet?

You can try a:

ping www.google.com

If it doesn't work, then you have a network settings issue.

Is the date and time correct on your box?

Can you watch come FTA (Free-To-Air) channels?

Yes i did it it now works again it was the network dongeln.

what about mgcamnd on the forum should i change and what to 1.35 or 1.38?

You say "not any cam" and later you talk about "no mgcamd", that's not exactly the same. The last phrase is actually true, OpenPLi 4 ships withouth mgcamd, because it hasn't been updated for years and doesn't fit into our build framework anymore, for that reason.

I just update whit the file in this forum 1.38 in 4.0 and that works like a charm

and download  enigma2-plugin-softcams-mgcamd_1.38c-ssl1.0_mipsel.ipk

put it on a emty flash put in duo and checked and install, that´s it what i did and working great
