Hi..

I have an original vu+ solo 2. I am using openpli 4 with no issues.. Yesterday, I tried to download 55 updates .. after downloading, the box did FPGA upgrade followed by HW error.

I used a new VTI image, same happened... I re-flashed the box with an older openpli (15 Oct) it worked..

I cannot make any updates... There is always a HW error..

Please help...

I have my case now with VU+ Korea.. They asked to receive the box by DHL. They replied in a timely manner with 4 consecutive emails and highly preofessional way of handling this case..

Hi niko91,

try old images. If it works with an old image it is a temporary solution. Sooner or later you have to deal with the problem and your dealer.

.nfi is specific for dreamboxes, most others use a USB stick for firmware installations.

there are .nfi not only for dreambox but also for vu solo, vu uno, vu duo, vu ultimo.

there aren't for vu duo2 and vu solo2
