Hi Guys, need your help with solving this problem who has bugging me since the upgrade to version 4.
I can playback recorded files but cannot playback downloaded files.
Please help me, appreciate it.

First your image is rather old..

And it is a segfault at the moment you tried to play a mkv.... not enough information to fix... but do you have this on any mkv?

 

I would recommend to upgrade first...
