I want to stream from win 7 and xbmc to enigma 2 receiver, I have heard for djmount and dlna, what do they do and how can I stream from computer to receiver? and where can I download them?

I have xbmc (version6) installed on my ET9000. Why the stream (full hd or less) is having sometimes hick ups and loss of sound? I have 50 mb internet connection. Is this having to do with the buffer? I was reading something about flashextender ipk in combination with usb stick, but last post about this was till two years ago of something. Can this be useful?
