PLEASE HELP: Problem flashing DM 600 PVR

Hi,
I really hope someone can help, After trying many different things (crossover cable, USB to RS232 to connect with my laptop which didn't work, connect via router...) I have now got a response from my dreambox using the DreamUp software provided by the Dream website (v1.3.2.0) connecting with an old PC and the Null Modem.
BUT...
just when I thought I was getting somewhere, when I click Flash and point to any image file (I have tried 4), I get the error message 'Cannot wait for event if event thread is created' and cannot upload the image or proceed any further.
I have searched various forums but can't find anyone reporting the same problem - can anyone help???

Download version 1.3.1.0.
Then you will propably be able to flash your box.
