Dns info lost after restart using fixed ip...

Hi,
It might be an open door still I like to bring in next topic;
I'm using fixed ip adresses. This means that also the DNS adresses should be filled in ( even if it is the gateway adress) .
After done this everything works fine. But then if I restart the device the DNS adress-content is lost.
- Am I on the wright adres here to bring in this topic?
- If so how to solve this problem?

Hi,
Which box: brand and model.
I also use fixed IP with OpenPLi and I never had this problem.
