DVB-T tuner problem ?

Suddenly after an energy blackout no more screen from vuduo2 DVB-T2/DVB-C tuner (NIM SSH108) used for DVB-T, only the message "No data on transponder! Timeout....". The usb tuner A867, in loop with the SSH108 is still working. What may have happened? How can I check the tuner or what can I do to solve?
Anybody experienced the problem?
