Uninstall Picon Plugin from USB stick

I have intalled a Picon Plugin on a mounted USB stick: /Media/usb. After doing so this Plugin is not visible anymore in the feed, which seems normal.
I would like to uninstall this plugin from the USB stick and get it back if possible in the feed.
What would be the proper procedure to do this in PLI 6.0.
