I think you are turning the selection process upside down. This sounds like "I can buy a Ferrari Portofino or a Fiat Multipla, which one is best?".

In both cases, the answer is "nobody knows".

Instead, list for your self the requirements a box needs to fullfill, besides 4K. Number of tuners, Which type of tuners, FBC tuners or not? Internal harddisk or not? CI or card slots? Transcoding? And so on... Once you have that list, you can use the comparison chart to see which box meets your requirements.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

For simply watching UHD from satellite or cable, the hd51 is perfect, spot on.

If you want all sorts of "extra's", it may fall short.

By "extras" do you mean things like transcoding or quad pip?

It bet he's talking not about reception but media with AVC codec in it. Indeed, the HD51 does not support that (nor most other settopboxes).
