Hi,
All going well with my new Ultimo 4k and now it won't start from Deep standby using the remote control, only way to boot up is to switch off and wait for it to start up, RC is then operative. As far as I know I haven't changed anything in "buttons"

Hi,
2 possibilities:
1. are you using remote code 0?
2. it is not really in deep standby perhaps it freezed during shut down. I had this a few times with certain images.

SORTED.
I had changed the wake on LAN from no to yes, simple really! too much twiddling I think.
