Hi, I have a zgemma h7c, I tried to backup through the plugin backupsuite, can do it but then it is not recognized during recovery. I notice that unlike the original image that contains a .img file, the same file in the backup is not created. Where am I wrong?
Remember with firmware openpli 6.2

Some image created by BackupSuite are not "bootable one" (or self installable), so you need to use BackupSuite to restore the backup image create by it.
