I install on vu+ duo2 openpli 6.2 but after settings and install channels i have no image and no sound
What's matter

Difficult to say. There could be a million things wrong.
Lets start with: Is this satellite, cable or terrestrial? How is it connected? How are the tuners configured? Did your setup work before (with another box)? Do you get any channels when you do a scan?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Hi,
And you have to know that most channels are scrambled (this means that you need to have a valid subscription card to clean the signal) so if you want to perform a test, first be sure to check on a free-to-air (FTA) channel.

I find channels when scan a lot of
I followed tuto installation on net but after no image and no sound

If you mean Astra 19.2, No, but the France24 channels are. And so are most German channels (also HD).

If i m on astra 19.2 i can't have any channels like TF1 france 2 or 3 ?

Not unless you have a smartcard, they are part of the Canalsat package.

CanalSat card are not working at all in our Enigma2 based STB, they only work on official STB or TNTSAT/Csat labelled STB.
The only way to receive french TNT channel totally free is to:
- purchase a STB capable to receive MIS (MultiStream)
- point precisely your antenna to 5°W (be careful the antenna alignment must be nearly perfect).
So sorry but no french TNT available on a VU+ Duo2.
Next time, ask question before purchasing.
