Hi, I have a question regarding the image for the gigablue eu4K. I have it from December 2017 , the Image from December 2017 to January 2018 are OK, then also then also the image of OPENPLI cause it, that when I give the channels that are in the HEVC 265, so I can't see anything but only sound. This is reflected also on FTA channels. only restart the receiver is then OK. What changed is something what this causes? The same problem have also VU, where it is solved in another image. Thank you

Please flash new image and don’t update. You can make a full backup before doing it and can flash it back if it doesn’t help.

QVC 4k uses HEVC(h265) according to this website

And this channel works. Please try to flash latest image.

Actually I don't see the TS mentioning either HD or UHD. Also I believe to have understood that it works for a short time and then stops. If that is the case, it's either a driver or a hardware issue. I have a quad4k that I can test with (which is almost 100% identical to the UE), so please give us an example of such a service (FTA) on either: 5W, 1W, 4E, 9E, 13E, 19E, 23E or 28E.

Ah, so that was the "SD video" issue fix. Seems like a Broadcom SDK issue then.
In that case we'll have to wait until the other manufacturers will adopt the fix as well.

Just have patience, wait and watch the git log for BSP updates. No need to update every day. Practice learns that it may take months before a manufacturer applies a fix and sometimes the fix won't come at all.
