Hi there forum service, I hope I am at the right place here to get my entire crash fixed with your help really required. My Mutant hd1200 is completely out of functioning. I like to send you a added screenshot showing the green screen and that's also from where I can't get any further after a reboot of my Enigma2 settopbox. What can I do to get this issue fixed. Please support me here, many thanks anyway & greetings..
By the way I am a complete analfabeet concerning this kind of stuff..

Hi, if green screen is there directly after reboot, you probably messed up the software in a way.
The easiest way to get out would be reflashing with latest image.
