I have tried to start openvpn in openpli 7 but i cannot get it to start all my files are correct
It works in other images except openpli
any way to start it

What have you installed? What have you tested? What is logged in /var/log/messages ?
We can't do much with "it doesn't work".
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

For some reason unknown to me it has started but do you know what are the start /stop commands

Thanks for your reply but I have openvpn running on my VU+Ultiom 4k I Just want to know how to stop it and start it when I need to.

It starts and stops automatically, it was setup for permanent VPN connections, not for connections for more "recreative use".
start/stop scripts are in /etc/init.d.

On mutant 51 hd I installed openpli 7 with openvpn.
After the installation I started openvpn with telnet and it tells me connected regularly.
When I check the IP it is not changed.
What can I do.
