I'm using epg importer. I want to turn off epg information from satellite, because it interferes with the information I took with xml. Just want to use xml epg information. How can I do that.

For enigma2.

There are settings for this in the menu.

Switch off all EPG readers:  EIT, MHW etc.

Switch off also the Now and Next EPG.  (Is another setting in another menu)

Use the OpenWebif on your PC.

Under Extra's Click on Settings.

Choose EPG settings.

Disable everything here.

Done.

Menu > Parameters > System > IGU parameters > EPG parameters (disable everything there) so only the data coming from EPG Import will be used.

But you won't see anymore the last minutes changes.

So you should perhaps consider to keep the current/next enable in this screen.

@Doglover,

current/next is no longer on another screen, now everything is (finally) on the same screen.
