Maybe the question was already done in the past, error in Oscam live log "Ipv6_TClass failed, errno=99 protocol not available"
What is this and what is the way to correct it?

I think that means oscam will listen on sockets with ipv6 but your system doesn´t support ipv6. If you don´t want to use ipv6 than it doesn´t matter
