Did you check in the menu that HDMI-CEC is still enable in yout Solo2?

Menu > Parameters > System > Audio / Video > HDMI CEC

Power off everything, but really remove the plug. Wait and connect the plug again.

Try to disable the Bravia Sync.

Disconnect the HDMI cable.

Power off the TV.

Plug the HDMI cable in.

Turn on TV.

Enable Bravia Sync.

If this still doesn't work, and you are sure that HDMI-CEC is enable on your STB then you should try a new flash.

This is not correct the HDMI numbering start from 1 so press the blue button and you will get a new address.

If your STB is connected directly to the HDMI1 of you TV the address should be: 1.0.0.0
