it is normal the option show menu or plugin numbers appears in custom and in sort order for setup entries?

You mean that it sorts the options too (that last screenshot is A-Z sorted)?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I don't understand what you say.
According to the last screenshot, you enabled "sort order for setup entries", which caused that screen to be ordered A-Z. I don't see anything wrong with that? None of the other settings have changed.

The "Sort order..." entries are for sorting. The "Show menu or plugin numbers" show numbers in front of the menu or plugin entries.
Xtrend ET-9200, ET-8000, ET-10000, OpenPliPC on Ubuntu 12.04
