Hi,
I have a Qviart Lunix3 4k stb and using opnpli7.0 with no problem,
After updating to 7.1 (any version) the nagra smartcard (tivusat) is no longer read (neither with CCCam nor OScam) in internal reader.
I also tried to reflash a clean 7.1 inmage but things remain the same...
The card is working fine with other receivers and with OPLI 7.0
Any suggestion ?

Forgot to mention that softcams are installed via plugin gui, so default config... (works with 7.0 the same way).

OpenPli does nothing with the decoding! Decoding is handled by the softcam or CI... Since OpenPli does not handle CI+, you will need a softcam for your card. You can however check if the internal reader works. It has happened before that due to a building fault a module was blanked out...

as mentioned above, with openpli 7.0 everithing is ok.
the issue is with 7.1
So the hardware works (reader and card), and the softcam is the same with same default settings.
The only difference is the pli version, as mentioned...
So, what to check exactly ??

Check if the interal reader actually works in OpenPli 7.1... Eventually with another type of card (may be expired)
No it does not work,
gives error in getting card information also with older expired cards ....

Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

As said, OpenPLi does nothing with a card or cardreader, there could only be a few causes:
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I´m a little bit confused. From my knowledge if a user will use a card insaide the Ci modul, then there is no need for a softcam like oscam or cccam. Isn´t it?

- Hardware fault with the card (ruled out as 7.0 seems to work fine)
- Driver issue (7.1 has different hardware drivers from 7.0)
- Softcam issue (7.1 has a newer/different Oscam, but CCcam is the same in both releases)
Ok, so following your exclusion list and my test the only cause would be the third: Driver issue...
Then , how can I step on further with the resolution ?

As mentioned above, the config files are not customized; the default are used in both 7.0 and 7.1 with same version of softcam.

AKA: Can I use internal card reader driver from pli 7.0 in 7.1 ? how ? (i am not scared of using unix shell....:-)
