Recording 5002 stream does not work

doglover's Photo doglover 15 Sep 2019

I have several streams (legal):f.i. Regional channels atv, TVL and TVO from Belgium which need the service app to play.  These are HLS streams.

When trying to record these streams, I get a message saying that the service ref is invalid.  (Because it starts with 5002).

Also I cannot set a timer for it.

A stream with a 4097 denotion can be recorded and recording can be programmed.

Is it possible to make it possible to record 5002 streams?  I know they use the extplayer instead of gstreamer, and this maybe the difficulty.  However I still want to ask the question.

Is this a typo and did you mean recording module, or do you really mean recoding?

I think littlesat means "sss" = samsamsam, the author of serviceapp.

The GitHub of SamSamSam for the serviceapp is archived.

I have put a request in for a recording module in this clone:

https://github.com/m...rviceapp/issues

Which is the clone used for building the plug-in in OpenPLi.

Hopefully somebody can pick this up.
