Upgraded from Solo 4K to Ultimo 4K today. I have a problem with the remote. It's lagging and often I have to press several times on it to get it working/sending commands. Is this a known problem?

VU+ Ultimo 4K, 19.2, 13, 4.8 E via switch on input/tuner 1. 1W. Inverto Unicable II LNB IDLU-32UL40 on input/tuner 2. OpenPLi 8.3

What kind of TV you have? It is known that some plasma TVs interfere with some IR remotes.

As I said, the old remote works. So it's something with the new remote.

Is it the standard remote or the bluetooth remote?

Standard. Is there a BT-remote now?

It has been available for a while, but you have to save up for it... ;)

Googled it and see it's about €40. Is it worth it?

That's quite cheap, I've seen it for 60+.

Worth it, it depends. In my case I don't have line of sight to my box, which makes it difficult to use an IR remote without standing up or half crawling on the floor.

Downside still is that it disconnects when the box goes into standby, which means I can only switch it back on when I stand up (or lie on the floor ;)). And it occasionally disconnects, but it connects again when you use it.

Also funny: it has a voice interface, which has Enigma integration, but afaik there is no futher logic behind itt. So when you press the voice button, an "say command" pops up, and when you say something, it disappears again... No clue if VU+ plans to do something with it...

OK. I'll complain to my dealer and get a new remote.

Tried more now. It's mostly arrow up that is the problem. Sometimes arrow down to, but not that often.
