This is in stock in "my" store. How is it with an external HDD? Any drawback/problems using it, and what about this disc? What about powersupply? OK, with USB power only, or a must to have it's own powersupply?

I have a 2TB 2,5" Samsung laptop disk in a USB2 enclosure, works fine, no power issues.
But remember the last discussion we had related to your question?
This is a shingled (SMR) disk (Seagate calls them backup disks), so you might have issues with it under heavy I/O. But there are no 2,5" non-SMR disks > 2TB, other than my Samsung, and that is end-of-life, so for large disks you don't have a choice.

Yes, I remember. But I have to have a disk, and I was not able to find another disc I wanted.
