On our board there is an explanation how to use the Smargo triplereader. 
You might find this topic when you perform a search on our board. 

The omnireader is a pcsc device. You will need the USB2Serial plugin AND an OScam version that has the pcsc function enabled..

i no its pcsc  cant i just install some drivers & add  correct info in oscam that haas pcsc surport?

Yes, off course you can. The USB2Serial driver installation is mandatory. The pcsc version of OScam is mandatory. PCSC is 3.57 Mhz or 3.69 Mhz only. Your smartcard has to be able to operate at those speeds! Irdeto f.i. needs 6.00 Mhz so those cards won't run on pcsc devices..

pcsc is not enabled in our standard oscam build.
