Problem with Wi-Fi

vit's Photo vit 26 Jan 2021

Hi all, my new "Vu + Duo 4K se" with OpenPli 8.0 image has a problem with Wi-Fi.
This works without problems until I do a full system reboot; When restarting, in order to reuse the Wi-Fi I must necessarily deactivate the wireless card and reactivate it otherwise it does not connect to the router.
P.S. it is curious to see in the attached image that the "connection quality" and "signal level" data are missing.
Some advice??
Thanks

DHCP or static IP?

I guess DHCP and advice you to use a static IP.

Ok, as soon as I can try I'll let you know if it worked.

This is a bug or omission in the driver, it simply doesn't provide these values. I've looked for ways around it, but the data simply isn't there.

Good morning,
hemm ... I have set the network card with static IP address but the problem persists;
Not a big deal I hope I don't have hardware problems.
Greetings

I don't know why it doesn't automatically connect. I don't have an SE and no Fritzbox test, in my setup (Duo 4K and Draytek) I don't have this issue.

Hi,

in my Network I have network problems with my boxes and IPV6. I think my problem is connected to my PiHole. Try disable IPV6.

Same drivers, same issue. The "iw" commandline tools don't provide the information either.
